I need you to use this function to limit the “Create communities” function in the communities plugin. So, only supporters can create communities.

Another thing that I need is to add another payment method for the supporters plugin i.e. an offline payment method. So, when signing up as a supporter, they can either pay via Paypal (this is already included in the plugin) or they can choose an offline payment. If they choose an offline payment, I want an area in admin where I can add my own instructions on how to do an offline payment.

When they choose the offline method, I will activate their supporters membership manually.

I have an existing city website and want to develope it into a feature rich city and community portal. I am looking for an experienced Wordpress professional to either customise an existing template or develop one from scratch to work with Wordpress.

There would also be a facility to setup second-tier administrators with permissions for certain areas of the site.

In your bid, please include you experience level with WP, live examples of relevant WP work and if you will do this custom or clone from something else. I do not require the development of something completely new. If there is something you have that I like we probably only need to do some changes. So there should not be to much work for you on this.

One important factor is that I would require you to provide support for using the various plugins etc. While I am quite familiar with the workings of WP, I want to feel that I can call on you if I run into any issues using the backend.

Again, this is for experienced WP professionals and you need to have time to do this project.

It should take I reckon between 20-30 man hours depending on the best way to implement it. I would want to have it completely finished, including debugging and documentation in no more than 2 weeks.

The new plugin would create a slideshow in wordpress. The owner can add the time delay. It should be able to show photos within a category and loop back to the first available image when it gets to the end. It should only show images within that category when showing the slideshow. This would be a simple job with someone that is a wordpress expert and has some graphic ability. Don’t respond if you can’t do both.

Here’s what I need.

1. Fix wordpress pages so titles do not appear on pages.
