Email Merge With Unique Attachments

We have all of our mail merge and email merge data organized in an excel spreadsheet. In addition we have generated 1-page unique pdf’s from the content in each row of the spreadsheet. We would now like to figure out how to send a personalized email out to our recipients and include their unique pdf with each individual email.

We use an excel document for our advertising agreements, I need brand new document/spreadsheet created for microsoft excel that is

-easy to fill out (has enough room to accomadate text & numbers)

-Not too large-The most important customer information along with the invoice area showing what the customer is purchasing should all be on page 1 of this doc/spreadsheet.

-I need it to auto calculate totals based on the annual customer spend for each listed product/service as well as the monthly and the total monthly amount and annual amount.

- There needs to be a space at the bottom of page 1 for the signer’s information as well as room for his signature-all signatures are done on our tablet computers

There will be well over 40 form fields, this is not including the standard fields in the invoicing area.

Small Vba Project In Word And Access

This should be a relatively simple project for anyone with VBA experience. Given a Word document, extract blocks of text (always beginning with WORD1 and ending with WORD2) and send them to a table in Access.

The code will need to be run again in 6 months, with a new word document, but appending the results to the existing Access file (so it may be helpful to prompt the user for the specific word and access files to use)

See attached word file. I need extracted to Access: CASE NAME, PRIOR HISTORY, DISPOSITION, CASE SUMMARY, PROCEDURAL POSTURE, OVERVIEW, OUTCOME, & CORE TERMS (bonus points if each of the core terms are easily query-able)

Pdf Creation Based On Online Questionnaire

I am looking for someone to create a PDF version of any online questionnaire that can be found at
http://www.surveysaid.co.uk/pre-employment-questionnaire/
you’ll need a password of testme to trying it.

It is a 16 page online questionnaire.

I would like a professional looking version of the questionnaire either created in word or pages or indesign before turning into a PDF. I will need to make edits for some text tweaks later so it needs to be editable.

The questionnaire itself, when online, has text boxes that appear when the person answers yes. These need to be available in the document version as boxes for the person answering the questionnaire to complete.

There will also be an additional cover page which I already have in word to go at the front.

Each of the “pages” on online questionnaire needs to be contained within its own “page(s)” in the PDF version. So start a new page for each online page.

This is for a consulting job and would like someone to advise on the proper most efficient software to use for this training.

Reason: I would like to train employees in my company in an efficient way how to use Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint and on to other softwares if possible.

1)For this training I would like them to cover basic, Intermediate, and advanced skills. This can be an E-Learning software you have used before. (If other please specify what you have in mind)

2)Extra:It would be great if you also advise on a software that makes an assesment and quizes the person on what was learned as well.

3)This can be a training you provide yourself or one that may be found online in both cases it would be important that the software be in English (we do have spanish speakers but English will work) and user friendly. It it is online I would like for it to be economical please advise on pricing.

Word Template Filled With Values Via Js – Page Breaks Lost

The attached zip file contains all needed files to test.
Check info.txt for instructions.

We create MS-Word documents out of a Java-application by calling a js script which then fills MS-Word templates with Mail merge fields with values from csv files.
This works all fine, but when we add manual page breaks (for layout purposes) to the templates, then these page breaks are mnissing then in the finally created and filled MW-Word document.

So the js fiel must be fixed to keep the page breaks.

I have a word document that is completed. I just need to have it designed by a professional. This is a business plan with a linked Excel spreadsheet for the tables and charts. Here is exactly what I need done.

PRIOR TO BID

1. Review the Designed business plans on this page (http://www.masterplans.com/business-plans.php). Particularly of interest to me is the Evan Smith Investments business plan.

2. Please provide proof that you can design an MS Word document with great skill. I need to see an example of an MS Word document that you’ve design and other VERY SIMILAR design. PLEASE DO NOT BOTHER POSTING ME A PM WITH 100 WEBSITES YOU’VE DESIGNED. I DON’T CARE ABOUT THOSE!

3. Send me a message requesting the MS Word document so you can see what I have in place already. I will not post this document publicly.

AFTER REVIEWING DOCUMENT

1. I need a cover page. It should be very simple like the example above. It should use my logo (I will provide print quality version of my logo). It should use my color scheme which I will provide.

2. I need a simple and attractive header for all remaining pages. I am open to your suggestions here. I think the header should feature the logo (left aligned for odd pages and right aligned for even pages).

3. After the TOC, there should be a simple and attractively designed blank page with an appropriate image.

4. Update TITLES and HEADER 2 to be more attractive

5. Update GRAPHS to be more attractive. PLEASE retain links with EXCEL sheet so I can make changes and easily deploy them.

6. On empty pages or pages with a lot of empty space at the bottom, make attractive end caps or placeholders.

7. General clean up and polish to make this document look its best.

NOTES

1. This should be a very simple project for anyone who knows how to work with MS Word and linked EXCEL sheets. I did as much as I could with my limited design abilities and it’s pretty close already.

2. I can’t get the graphs to look great when I switch the format (3D pipe) because they render incorrectly on the page. If you know how to work with MS Word, this should not take more than 15 mins for all charts.
