OK, I have a completely working PayPal express checkout except that the call to the completion page is being triggered before the user can confirm their requirements. Please find attached a mass emailer script. I need it configured where rather then it sending all the emails at once, it only sends 100 emails every 3 minutes, to avoid from spamming. So I should be able to put in 50000 emails and it will only send 100 every 3 minutes. A Database should be setup to configure this. A copy of the database and file should also be sent to me for backup when completed.
