csv will be in comma delimted format with “” double quotes enclosing each column.

eg.

The csv’s are basically product datafeeds, with the Brand Name in the first column, i want to split each csv into multiple csv’s based on that brand name.

Needs to be well coded, as it will be handling large csv’s and i dont want it crashing.

I need a control in c# or vb.net, that will display a 3d surface(x,y,z coordinates) with all interface functionalities, such as zoom, pan, rotate, perspective or parallel projection in wireframe or fill mode. This should be fast enough and in no case flicker during user interaction. The control should be able to display this surface in 2d mode also, for example a 2d curve in x-y coordinates for a specific z etc.
The 3d surface is given as a series of 3d curves. The control should interpolate between them in order to construct the 3d surface.

The control should be able to produce smooth and very good-looking graphics with colors, shader etc.
The use of 3d graphics engines, such as openGL etc, is allowed.

I need a C programmer who can extend a program. The program is an open source basic compiler. I need some additional modules for the main program. There is a module template for easily adding new modules… so that should not be to hard. Additionally the http deamon needs to be checked for bugs and get optimized.
Modules will include a working XML parser (there is already one, but it is undocumented crap), a SQLite module, graphicsmagick module, a ffmpeg module and a module to integrate aes encryption/decryption for strings.
Additionally, the “execute” command needs to be extended to also return the std output from the launched shell program to the interpreter for further processing. This should also be possible with the graphicsmagick module und ffmpeg module.

At the end, the source needs to be recompiled for win32,win64,mac OSX(intel), linux.

Initial work should be done on a windows system, as I also use it. This way we can easily exchange intermediate test versions and compile for the other platforms at the end.

A desktop app that searches for websites in the main search engines, then follows url to that site.
We presently use a program in C++, Visual C++ (All source files available). The programmer is no longer alive. It works well but needs small mods and better memory management. You may start from scratch or use the original source files to modify.

The main core app;
Reading from text editable lists, the app visits the first listed search engine, searching for a listed keyword for a given number of pages deep, matching against the listed url. If a match is found it will open the url link listed by the search engine in the embedded browser (unless its a sponsoring link).
Random delays are set between searches and page visits as search engine will block a ‘non human’ or ‘bot’ action.
Hence the need to simulate the entire function as human as possible.

Taking an example from existing app, the editable files could be similar to;

In the above example, it would first search Bing XX pages deep for the mysite.com ‘keyword’. If mysite.com is found, it will follow the url then after xx seconds, follow to ‘articles/mypage.html’ on that site. After remaining there for XX seconds, the next search to Yahoo is commenced for the same site and keyword, followed by Altavista. Cookies & cache cleared. Then starts again with ‘bing’ searching the given ‘keyword’ for ‘anothersite.biz. And so on….. If the site url is not found for any keyword after xx searches, then the whole url ( ‘mysite.com’) is searched for. If still not found, it moves on to next search.
NOTE** In ‘anothersite.biz’ the app would follow any page on that site at random as no variable given.
The search engine and url lists will never be large (no more than 10 items long).
You will need to check syntax used by the main search engines, though the ones above are correct.
We would manually edit the search engine and url files, following the apps required syntax.

The control panel would have ’start’ ‘pause’ ’stop’ buttons. And place to enter options.
1. Random delay between xx seconds for search engine deep page queries. (this setting is also used to determine how long it stays on the sites first page before continuing to the second page)
2. Random and fixed delay option of xxx seconds to stay on second page before starting new search.

The internet connection can sometimes break for a couple of minutes, so the app should be stable and continue.
It would be useful to spoof the user agent (Though Miming different UserAgents may be more difficult using embedded browser).

If starting from scratch you may want to consider a C++ desktop app with an embedded webbrowser or EmbeddedWeb or Watin browser automation?
I will be advised by your expert choice.

I am looking for a low cost solution to taking data from an excel 7 spreadsheet and updating/ streaming it to the web in real time for a set of our users. It could be shown on a webpage or in another spreadsheet – but it is financial data and therefore must update instantaneously. I need to be able to restrict and control access to the data as well. I am not a programmer and therefore would require a turnkey solution for this. We have tried Editgrid but it keeps locking up and freezing the computer. We would need to update 200-400 pieces live data although we derive formulas from this data as well so a way to stream data to another spreadsheet may be optimal.

Need to build up a web based data entry form should be able to store in SQL or MS SQL or Access and need to be able to print out a report from the data entered. Should be able to edit the data entered and should be able to add/modify the data by administrators only and should be able to add text in every form and be able to print out a report at any time we want or when it’s completed. We are looking for a programmer to design a new version of our existing software. Rather than an update we feel it is going to be easier to start again from scratch.

The program can be written in any language but must run under Windows XP, Vista & 7 in both 32 and 64 bit versions. Previously the software has used the printers PPL rather than separate printer drivers, however a driver is now available.

I have attached a copy of our user manual for reference which gives a good idea of the features required.

I have an application (vb6) that allows me to select a file and copy the file (and another attaching file) to a location specified by settings in the INI. The copying routine does not work for one portion of the app and I need someone to remote into a virtual machine I have setup with the project running via logmein and fix it.

Let me give you a low-down of what we do first so you better understand our requirements.

We currently have a warehouse and on regular we have truck drivers picking up orders and dropping off orders. (Shipping and Receiving)

Our currently Shipping and Receiving forms are in word and excel. We want to automate the entire process.

So, shipping we use about 3 different forms
a) Drivers Check-in Sheet (printed form where drivers fill out)
b) Shipping Form (excel)
c) Bill of Lading form (word)

and,

Receiving uses 2 types of forms
a) Drivers check-in sheet (Printed form where drivers fill out)
b) Receiving Form (excel)

As you can imagine all the paper work could become overwhelming, therefore we wanted a program created where everything is program based. ( automated process)

So, this is how we want it:

1) Driver walks up to a monitor and enters his information onto a form
2) The form processed form then becomes available for warehouse personnel complete.
3) The form is completed by warehouse personnel, the driver double checks the form on the screen and does an electronic signature and prints the form.
4) The forms are all saved into a db.

This should be a fairly easy project. I need the programmer to start on this project ASAP, and if you don’t have time for this then please don’t bother. I need someone committed on this project, because it could lead for future upgrades.

What I require is a rework of a simple cue sequencer.

I have a piece of hardware (an Arduino board) which interfaces with USB that fires cues to launch a firework show. What I need is a piece of software that can send cues to the Arduino based on timings input by the user. To record a show a music file plays (defined by the user) and the software records “taps” on the space bar, which can be edited later for alterations.

The Software should be like a very simple sequencer, playing back the music file and the cues in order over a timeline. The original program that is used has most of the functions but is very unreliable, and some parts simply do not work as intended. I can send the program to you (and the source code) so you can get a clear idea of how it works. It was originally written by the person who designed the hardware, which actually works perfect!

The Arduino board basically works as a transmitter, which sends the cue-fire data to a slat box – which is a hardware box containing 32 12v outputs organised into 4 banks of 8 12v outputs (the cues A1-A8, B1-B8 etc). There should be support for mulitple transmitters (USB/COM port permitting), multiple slats (up to 16), banks (only 4) and cues (only 8). Each cue that has been recorded or “timed” in the sequencer, is then assigned to a transmitter, slat, and bank so that the firework show can be launched. So for example; Cue number 1 might be set to launch at 01:56:250 on Transmitter 1, Slat 5, Bank C, Cue 7.

Each cue should also be associated with a “firework” – defined in the software with a name and fuse timings, stored in some kind of database. This is for usability so that the user can see a name, description or picture associated with each cue. It also serves as a practical option so that fuse delays can be “back timed” in order for the firework to display itself perfectly on time as originally input by the user.

A nice feature that I would hope for is also Midi Time Code support in order to sync multiple external devices such as audio/visual equipment that also support MTC.

A printing option for a cue sheet or loading sheet would be nice, showing which 12v output should be connected to which firework device.

I need a tool that would allow me to post to several forums in just one hit. I can’t say how many forums as of right now but in case it’s needed I can provide a list, although it’s very likely that I’ll be adding more later, so I would be needing that functionality too.

I’m not worried about which platform you choose to make this work as long as the final product is fully functional, it can be either a software or a web-based script. Ok, here are the features I would like the tool to have:

- support at least the most popular forum scripts available (Vbulletin, PPpbb, SMF, Fluxbb, etc)

- must be able to auto login or authenticate to each forum I’d be working with and also be able to save login details into a profile or session so I don’t have to enter them again everytime

- must be able to create new threads inside the forums, so I need to select which forums I’ll be creating the new threads into (either select one forum or ten at the same time)

- must be able to specify on which category the posts will go to, if categories are different on each forum, then that should be taken into account when posting.

- I’ll enter the content of the post to be published and I need to be able to select which of the forums this message will be posted to, before actually hitting the Send button. There should be 2 extra optional fields for Title and Tags which will be particular to each of the forums since some of them require tags and title and some don’t.

- I don’t intend to spam forums with this tool, only to ease my work, so I need to make sure that I will not be kicked or penalized for jumping captcha values. Whenever a captcha is present as a requirement to post or create a new thread, the software or script must be able to inform me and take me the page so I can manually enter the captcha before continuing.

- once the post has been “posted” the system must return a list of the urls linking to each one of the posts created so I can double check them.

You must provide all source code at the end of the project and I’ll retain any rights over it. In case any further functions need to be added or any major code changes occur on the original forum scripts that would interfere with the proper functionality of this tool, I’ll pay for those additional changes.

I know PHP; so a server-based PHP program would be really nice (I’d be able to understand the project better). But I’m also open to considering a standalone program (C/C++/VB/etc.)

I will provide all the forex historical data. I will also supply the EAs (Expert Advisors). I just need a program that duplicates the feature already built into MT4 and backtests the EAs against my historical data.

The main reason that I don’t want to use the feature already built into MT4 is because I have tons of EAs that need to be tested, and I want software to test them all, on multiple timeframes, without having to test each one individually.

I need a tool that would allow me to post to several forums in just one hit. I can’t say how many forums as of right now but in case it’s needed I can provide a list, although it’s very likely that I’ll be adding more later, so I would be needing that functionality too.

I’m not worried about which platform you choose to make this work as long as the final product is fully functional, it can be either a software or a web-based script. Ok, here are the features I would like the tool to have:

- support at least the most popular forum scripts available (Vbulletin, PPpbb, SMF, Fluxbb, etc)

- must be able to auto login or authenticate to each forum I’d be working with and also be able to save login details into a profile or session so I don’t have to enter them again everytime

- must be able to create new threads inside the forums, so I need to select which forums I’ll be creating the new threads into (either select one forum or ten at the same time)

- must be able to specify on which category the posts will go to, if categories are different on each forum, then that should be taken into account when posting.

- I’ll enter the content of the post to be published and I need to be able to select which of the forums this message will be posted to, before actually hitting the Send button. There should be 2 extra optional fields for Title and Tags which will be particular to each of the forums since some of them require tags and title and some don’t.

- I don’t intend to spam forums with this tool, only to ease my work, so I need to make sure that I will not be kicked or penalized for jumping captcha values. Whenever a captcha is present as a requirement to post or create a new thread, the software or script must be able to inform me and take me the page so I can manually enter the captcha before continuing.

- once the post has been “posted” the system must return a list of the urls linking to each one of the posts created so I can double check them.

You must provide all source code at the end of the project and I’ll retain any rights over it. In case any further functions need to be added or any major code changes occur on the original forum scripts that would interfere with the proper functionality of this tool, I’ll pay for those additional changes.

Please, bid only if you’re confident that you can do this job, don’t bid just for the fun of it. If I’m not 100% happy with the quality of the programmers bidding I’ll repost the project.
