Here is a breakdown of the tasks:

1) change logo, and all content that identifies Kubelance.

WordPress Theme Does Not Natively Support Menus

We purchased this theme http://templatic.com/app-themes/events/ but it turns out does not support the standard WordPress Menus function. We need this to work as it normally does, both for composing menus on the backend as well as using the menu codex on php pages for customizing layout.
