I think it is definitely possible to just update my current coding to my new specifications (i’ve seen it done), but in some ways it just might be easier/faster to start anew with a new website and just copying the good things over, fixing the bad things and adding the new things.

This is our project scope from our documents

1) The home page must have random images everytime the page is visited , we must be able to upload/ delete images , the login box must be on top and it will contain social login links with facebook/twitter and other social links , we have a plugin to do that already.

2) Install some of the modules we haven’t installed make sure all are working

3) Make a tab with the radio link we will send you the code to paste in the page for the radio players ( this is simple)

4) We basically want the wall system to have smiles and tag a friend feature, when a friend is tagged they should be emailed and notified they was tagged in a post , just like facebook

Now we have two wall plugins
Advance wall – which only allows tag friend feature

Advance comment box – this has a html editor and smile in it but doesnt have the ability to tag friends.

With point # 4 you can either use the advance wall plugin and add the smiles OR
use the advance comment box and add the tag feature.

The most time consuming point will be #4 i hope my project scope is clear now , your cost of 400 before still covers what i had

Social Engine 3, php software. I have the social links plugin installed on 2 sites. 1 site is customized to make users pay to post links. I want to add that same feature to my other site. This can be a simple transfer or if you have better solution to accomplish the same result, it will be fine also. Here is scenario:

- Admin create pay plan (amount & timeframe)
- user clicks to submit link
- user is directed to a plan page that shows details (price, etc.)
- User agrees and is directed to LINK SUBMIT page 1. (add link info & details. This page already exists)
- User is then directed to LINK SUBMIT page 2. (add photo using ajax. This page already exists)
- Once photo is added 2 buttons should appear: PAY NOW & PAY LATER.
- User has a users link page, (already exists) that need a PAY NOW button added.
- Once link is submitted, it will appear in ADMINs link page (already exists). A manual approve needs to be added here, as well as paypal trans info.
- Once payment is made, link will auto approve and paypal info will appear in admin area. More projects available for qualified programmer.
- Once link is approved (auto or manual) it will appear on site
