I would like a new shipping module created. It’s very basic. I need the ability to set a flat rate shipping cost on a per product basis. When the shipping cost is 0$ show the text FREE SHIPPING! on the delivery information page and order confirmation pages in lieu of $0. I am having trouble setting up the correct cost for shipping to Canada inside Zencart. I would like to be able to charge the customer the correct amount upfront so that they are not surprised when the courier drops of the package and asks for an additional 34% of the cost of the product.

Ideally I would like to set up a flat service fee and a variable shipping charge so that when someone from outside the US purchased an item they would be charged the price it costs us to ship it to them.

My Current shipping modules are basically 2 day shipping, 3 day shipping etc modules that have been modified. One of my rates is showing for some customers and not for others – this is a table rate. I have attached an image of the problem module. I want all my modules to be standard and I want options to add and remove them quickly with affect the fact that my category ‘bulk loads’ has been written to charge a delivery charge per item ordered – this must not change

We have multiple Magento projects coming up the pipeline and are looking for the right individual(s) to move these project forward. We are currently looking to complete the following project detailed below. Candidates should have expert knowledge of magento and be willing to provide examples of finished sites details on their involvement with these sites.

User Registration
Require users to register in order to see pricing. Once user registers they are placed in one of the following user groups. Retail, Comercial or Government. Once a user registers on the site an email needs to be generated notifying the user that the sales team has been notified and will approve their account within the next 24 hours. Once a user registers on the site an email is generated to notify the sales.

Plugins we’ve installed to accomplish this but are not totally configured. If additional modules are needed for functionality we are willing to pay for commercially supported plugins.

Retail users can only see products and pricing in the main site www.store.com, Commercial users are directed to products and pricing in www.store.com/commercial and Government users can see pricing in www.store.com/government. As mentioned in earlier requirements, users must register and be approved prior to seeing any pricing information on the site.

We have an SSL for the main domain

We want to be able to show that a product is either sold or out of stock, in place of the price, or to hide the price when something is sold or out of stock

at checkout we want to be able to not show a price for shipping, but instead display a message at the part where they select their shipping option, but still have the button selection

We are using zen cart version 1.3.9 and are needing immediate assistance to program our tax and shipping modules. The tax module needs to calculate local and state taxes nation wide in the United States. The shipping module needs to caluclate our flat shipping rates by regions/zones, and product weight/or quantities. We have downloaded tax cloud for our tax module, but are open to other immediate programming solutions. We would like to have this accomplished within 12 hours of this posting.
