Desktop Mortgage Calculator 2

February 20th, 2012 Comments off

I would like a desktop mortgage calculator similar to the screenshot included. It needs to produce accurate results similar to the live calculator (link will be provided). If you can provide both a desktop and web based version of the same tool that would be a big advantage. I have a basic php algorithm that can be adapted.

I am having issues with this weeks assignment noted (Change Request 1) in the above attachment. I accomplished pulling last weeks assignment off, which is also in the attachment. I wanted to show you the code I used to accomplish the task. I wanted to use the same concept from last week just add the additional info requested (Change Request 2). This is the same sort of assignments Mortgage Calculator and same calculations, but the only difference is (JAVA language) no GUI design. Just a functioning program. As you can see I used the same concept learned, but the syntax errors are the problems. It is fine even if use an (System.out.print) command verses (JOptionpane). I would really appreciate your assistance, i would not have any problem understanding the reading of the code. Like I said its the proper syntax. i have been working on it for a while and the assignment is due soon. I will as always accommodate you for time and service. Hope to hear from you soon.

Thanks,
Antonio

FYI I am using JGrasp as my compiler.

The style must be similar to the Life Insurance Calculator at http://www.insurenetusa.com/javaIDE.html

Use javascript, html, css.

1. User chooses steps 1-4
2. User clicks compute
3. Shows the amount of life insurance recommended and displays the hidden <div>with 300×250 image and hyperlink</div>

Have included images of what I’d like for it to look like.

-Must be in text (not graphics AND editable)
-Can edit text size and font in CSS
-Amount is blank until “compute” button is clicked
-Hidden <div> that shows “Recommended Insurer” and 300×250 hyperlinked image shows when “compute” button is clicked

Modify an existing program. You are given a minimal set of specifications for a single use case of a larger loan application system, and your task is to modify the supplied program shell so that the program satisfies the use case requirements. In a link in Step 1 below, there is an MS Word document (MortageCalculator_OOAD) that contains the functional, structural, and behavioral models of the use case, along with the detailed design of one method that you need to complete, two contract specifications for external methods that you need to integrate into the application, and one method specification.

All the methods that you need to modify are isolated in the MortgageInformationInput class. In addition, the methods you need to modify are adjacent to each other in the code. All the methods that you need to modify are isolated in the MortgageInformationInput class. These methods are included in the Data Processing region of the code (if the region is collapsed, click on the + icon to expand the region and display the code).

The displayAmoritizationTable method demonstrates how to retrieve information from an external object and how interclass communication, through method parameters, helps with connascence.

The program needs to be written in Java… I have attached further documents to provide additional information.

Can you take the atttached code and create a GUI as follows. This is urgent. This also needes as stated above graph or chart. Reminder it has to be a WEB BASED APPLICATION. It was returned to me (not web based) thiks is a problem.
