I need a very basic vendor module for Magento. Right now, in our Magento Store there is no place to manage the vendor. We have total of 6 vendors (suppliers) who ships the product that is sold from our website.
Now, I want to be able to have the vendor name for all the products. When creating the product there should be a drop-down option to pick the vendor name for the particular product (which can be done by creating custom attribute). And I should also be able to edit my existing product to select the right vendor for the particular product.
In the Sales > Orders section, there should be a column for Vendor and the Orders are divided into what items have been ordered from which Vendor
In the FTP there should be a folder for each vendor where the Order CSV file should be automatically dumped every night for each vendor. Like, we can export the CSV file from the Sales > Order section, that CSV file has to be dumped every night for all the vendors in their own folders.
I’m running a magento site on a fast rackspace server. The site and server have been already had full optimization and the site it’s self with page cache system is giving us very fast loading times.
My site contains 400 products.
The front end has about 30 bundle products and each bundle contains upto 80 product options to select.
My magento install has about 6 plugins and custom code along with the core code being edited.
Everything on the site works fine.
The problem is the more products you select on a bundle the longer it takes to add the item to cart and the login it takes to login and checkout.
add to cart depending on the number of items in cart takes from 6 to 30 seconds.
clicking confirm order takes 30 seconds to 3 minutes.
Adming eding a product takes upto 40 seconds.
I’ve installed magento on another domain on the server and thats nice and quick. So the problem looks to be a problem when accessing mysql.
I’m running linux which is due to be upgraded to plesk 9.3.

We are building a store in Meganto (community edition) and want to add members only access with the following features:
1. A guest user can only see login page and selected public pages (which we can determine in back end)
2. Guests can apply to become members either by a referral URL from an existing member OR they can type in a token/code on the account creation page
2. A guest who has created an account (but has no referral code) then is status pending until approved by admin
You should build this functionality as cost effectively as possible using existing free or paid modules.

I would like to offer an advanced uploader for the users of my website which is a Magneto installation. Essentially I need to have an uploader that allows the user to select multiple files at once. Each new user should have their OWN folder for their account where they can manage their own files. I would like a link after checkout and a link in their “My Account” section as well. I need a visual part of the uploader where the user can drag images to a placeholder. Magento Pixel Tracking Error fixing:
I integrate commisson junction affiliate code in my magento’s order confirmation page in order to send my “order ID” and “subtotal AMOUNT” to commission junction. Basically most of the things are working, it sends the “order ID” and “AMOUNT” like I wanted but in addition to that it also send some extra characters which I don’t want to send. And it also sends 4 decimals after the amount, I just want to send 2 decimals, (For eg. $2.00 not $2.0000)
This is the code commission junction gave me which I placed in the checkout page:

I need a custom extension for Magento version 1.3.2.4.
I need to be able to use external image URLs for products. I will primarily be uploading products via CSV file with an image_url field but will also need to be able to enter external image URLs manually on the admin product page as well.
When importing from CSV the external image should be set as the main image, small_image, and thumbnail. When adding images to a product manually I should be able to select whether to use an external URL or upload an image to the local server for each image. CSV files will be reimported at least every month. If the same external image URL already exists for that product it should not be added it again.
Multiple images will be used for products. Both external and locally hosted images will be used for the same product and should display correctly on the product page.

I am having an issue accepting PayPal in my Magento store. When a customer tries to check out using the PayPal website standard check out they receive an error message listed below.
“Unable to process payment. Please contact the merchant as the shipping address provided by the merchant is invalid, and the merchant has requested that your order must be shipped to that address.”
For the customers that are actually able to place an order using the PayPal website standard check out when their order comes through in the admin section it shows the status of PayPal pending.
What I would like done on this project is to correct the error message customers are receiving when using PayPal along with automatically updating orders to processing instead of PayPal pending when a payment has been successfully made for that order.
Issue #2: Left Navigation In The Catalog Part Of the Site
In the store in the left column under currency exchange we need to have all categories display all the time, the “search by price option” and the View Cart Box. Also the cureency convertor at the top will not display British Pounds.
Issue #3: Footer Links in home page do not work (they are there if you view source) They work fine on all other pages…
