Please find attached a mass emailer script. I need it configured where rather then it sending all the emails at once, it only sends 100 emails every 3 minutes, to avoid from spamming. So I should be able to put in 50000 emails and it will only send 100 every 3 minutes. A Database should be setup to configure this. A copy of the database and file should also be sent to me for backup when completed.

I need a scrolling menu that the user can click on the left or right arrow and it will move the menu to the left or the right, when the user puts their mouse over the button it will grow a little and highlight.
