Get a Freelance Job

My 10 year old daughter would like a joomla website where she can add her homework (for her teacher to log in and collect), allow her friends to interact in discussions and sign on themselves and put up her projects which everyone can view.

Its a pretty new idea so there are no templates out there for it, but it does mean that you can sort of go wild on the ideas like adding games & quizes that the teachers would approve of etc.

This project is not commercial and will not be used as. Easy homework needs to be done in C++. You don’t need to program from scratch, as there is code and it needs some class and function additions its all.

To Summerize; Its a pac-man like simple game (not even a game) and it need some movement functions and some collision checks and counts.

I have a homework site, where people post questions to get help. I don’t have time to answer questions so I am looking for someone with great knowledge in Math, Science, History and other topics to answer questions.

Most questions won’t take more than 2-5 minutes to answer. You would just need to check the site a few times a day to see if a new question is posted and answer it. I would like you to answer 100 questions total for this first payment.

It would be kinda nice to have 2 people (if you have employees) so all the answers won’t be coming from one user, and so there are more than 1 answer per question.

I need to learn to run a tutorial on LingPipe, which runs on Java. I am not an expert programer, and my knowledge of languages is limited to Visual Basic.

What I need is a good programmer who can walk me through the tutorial in an interactive manner, and make sure that what is done in the tutorial can run in my machine.
I am using Eclipse and have installed the latest JDK.
The programmer must be proficient in English or Spanish, and teaching the tutorial can be in either language.
Since I am not familiar with Java, some basic things will probably need to be covered, but just enough to replicate the tutorial in my machine.
Teaching session should be done via Skype or similar, sharing screens so I can follow the commands and instructions.

I need a program that let members post questions and tutors to respond / help with the question.

The tutor response will be hidden and only show a few words/sentences. And if the member want the full response they will have to pay the tutor the amount he request on that post.

This program will be very similar to studentoffortune.com and yahoo ask.

This program will also have to handle uploads and keep it in a secured directory, where only members can only access that homework for a certain amount of time. Admin panel must be able to control the commission rate to charge the tutors if there response are purchased. Paypal / Moneybooker gateway where the members can deposit money into there account.

The design is not that important, but i expect an easy way to edit the template of the program.

This will be a long term relationship, and I will have more ideas that I would like to add to the program. So I will need someone dedicated and can work with me on this project.

It’s done online through a program called webwork, its 10 problems, all finding areas and volumes between functions and functions rotated around fixed lines. This is a simple homework assignment in matlab requiring you to build a GUI(you may use GUIDE, the swings equivalent for Matlab) which can encrypt & decrypt files using the DES, RSA & AES algos. Algos must be implemented and may not be inherited from previously defined classes. I have included two samples of DES mentioning how the backed code should work.
