-monitoring agent that runs on user computer and report location to web site
-web site that save reported location to DB and show it to user any time later

This software will use 3 methods to detect location:
1) GPS
2) IP detection (from where we can obtain ISP and username or new user)
3) ISP and username of new user detected by monitoring agent on client computer and reported to server computer so IP detection not used

Method #2 has patent protection in some countries so it will be possible to disable using this method and using method #3 instead.

This software will run undetectable on user computer or smartphone and every 24 hours make HTTP connection to our web site.

An application which can be used for data collection of facilities.

An example facility could be a Town Hall. A site inspector would arrive at the building and record all the details and quantities of the building, and the building surrounds (such as landscaping, park benches, car park, etc.). So for the building ID, the following information would be recorded:

a) Building ID – 110221
b) Building plan (sketch)
c) Component – External Walls – Brick – Rendered – 5yrs old – comments
d) Photograph (optional)
e) Component – Internal Walls – Plasterboard – Paint – 150sq metres – 5yrs old – comments
f) Photograph (optional)
g) Component – Floor – Concrete – Caroet – 150sq metres – 5yrs old – comments
h) Photograph (optional)
..etc

The above list is not exhaustive and is an example only of what is required. A full list can be provided if required.

Key features of this application will include:
0) Basic calculations of (component cost = qty x unit price) and (age = current date – date of construction)
1) MS Excel input and output
2) Integrate the attached document of building components and allow for additional entries
3) Allow photograph tagging to each asset line that gets generated from the table mentioned in 2)
4) Integrate floor plan drawing, with file names linked to the asset ID. An existing application for this can be used such as www.rapidsketch.com
5) The complete source code and all files enabling future enhancements/modifications to the application.

Eventually (not part of this project) the following functions will be added:

1) GPS tagging of photos
2) Graphs and charts
3) More.. to be advised later

The program can be either Windows-based, web-based, or Ipad-based. A logo will also be required.

An example of the the specifications of software currently available on the market has been attached. This is more or less what is required.

Then in 35 I move to USA and attention how I had potential when I was younger if that time, Iran had better facility to grow people like us to be world champion. After many years I decided to be more positive for young capable on 3th/2th countries.
So I decided to make the adventure/motor sports website to have better effect to grow industrial sports there.
The site should write secure with the PHP/ Joomla ,Multilanguage English/
Persian/ Arabic/ Turkish/ armenian/ gorjian/ Indian/ Russian (also If we need to add any language be easy to do)
Must support 12 month after finishing free also after the 12 months with offer fee

But will have an Admin Console to create new Groups/users…and groups/users will creat new meetings.

Each new meeting will be able to pick elements they will need for that meeting from a list of availabele elements, thus making each meeting unique.

There will be 9 elements to choose from and the admin console will be used to add information for the end user application to display.

This application will be HEAVILY permissions based, with edit/clone delete functions of exsiting meetings/Groups/Users

This will incorporate HTML5 for document caching, and GPS location for directions. And WILL LOOK LIKE a native installed app, but will be COMPLETELY WEB BASED.

I can provide a a better scope of this project once i see a ballbark bid, dont worry about timeframe.

DO NOT BID if you do not have experience in HTML5 web based, data driven, permission based applications. I must See an example as well.

I need a mobile site or mobile app built for a website that provides information and self-guided tours. I would like each person that bids explain if they would build a mobile version of the site or a mobile app…and provide details for their decision. There is an existing desktop site that is based in Joomla. If you want to look at the current site, send me a message after you submit a bid and I will send you a link.

It is not necessary for the desktop site and the mobile site (if that is the direction you choose) to share information.

Project specs:
- Mobile site/app needs to provide self-guided tours for mobile users (smart phone, tablet, etc.).

- Would need to use GPS to be able to detect the users location.

- GPS locations would be provided that specify “points of interest” along the tour.

- Each point of interest would have a photo and text description that would be displayed. An audio/video may also be provided and displayed.

Example of the User Experience

- A user is in San Diego, California, USA.
- He/she selects the tour for Downtown San Diego.
- The site/app offers them two choices: 1) start your tour from the beginning, or 2) start your tour from the nearest Point of Interest.
- Based on the selection the user makes he/she is provided with directions (text or audio, please provide quotes for both) to the appropriate Point of Interest.
- When they arrive at the Point of Interest the text, photo, audio, and video files are made available to the user
- The user selects “continue to next location” and is provided with directions to the next Point of Interest.
- The first Point of Interest on the tour would need a welcome message (text, audio or video). The typical message would welcome the user, provide details on the tour, etc.
- The last Point of Interest would have a similar summary message

I am only interested in persons or agencies with experience building mobile apps/sites. Experience building GPS apps/sites will be a major consideration. Please provide examples of work that relate to this project.

I am also open to using existing software or tools to complete this project. If you feel you can complete this project using third-party software please provide details on your proposed approach.
