I need a programming and design team that can help me create a twitter like interface and combine it with mapping local traffic conditions to allow users to warn each other of speed traps or road blocks.

This requires someone with excellent knowledge of mapping, geolocation and map APIs, as well as a creative programmer to integrate a twitter-like front end with the ability to easily map the event.

The site requires a landing page that is viewed by new users, explaining the program, and asking them to sign-up

It requires a sign-up page to collect the user’s contact information and their usual location range.

If the user has previously registered, and does not have a currently set cookie, they are directed to Log-in.

The Home page will have a twitter like interface, and all of twitter’s functionality for users to subscribe to each other’s feeds.

There is a zoomable MAPS page that shows the user the general area that they chose when they logged in, or the location that we are are able to determine through geolocation. The map will have markers or icons showing all previously reported, active events in their area. Hovering over the icon will display additonal information about the event, including the last time it was reported.

I need it designed so that the user can enter a warning in the twitter like front end, and then click on a button to expose a map. Hopefully, geolocation or previously set cookies allow limiting the map to the user’s usual location. When they click on the location on the map, a map popup allows them to choose the type of event, and shows their original comment, shows the time and date, and/or allows them to add to or reenter information about the event. The map will then be marked with an icon for the type of event for all users, until that event is considered no longer reliable. User’s IP addresses will be recorded and geolocated to compare them to the locations being reported.

If the event already exists, the user can verifiy it still exists and/or to add more comments to it or flag it as no longer in effect or bogus.

The site will require a control panel that includes:
The number of visitors by city within a date range
View and/or edit member profiles
Block Users
Add or Edit Countries, states and cities
View Edit or Delete entries for events
Set deletion rules (expiry time, number of flags until delete, reliability thresholds etc.)

I would like a simple iPhone app developed to display London restaurant reviews.

The app should be able to display reviews by either by map (with geolocation), list view by proximity, or list view by highest rating. By clicking on the map pin or list item you will go to the review page, with various scores, text, and 1-3 photos.

I need a geolocationa and mapping expert.

When a new user signs up and enters their zip or postal code, I would like a list of nearby cities to appear. I’d also like those cities to appear on a map. I’d like the user to be able to select cities by clicking on a checkbox next to the city in the list, or by clicking on the city on the map.

When the user returns to the page, I’d like them to be able to de-select cities in the same manner.

Ideally, I’d like the map to be able to segment down to the zip code level, to allow users to select individual zip codes – but this may not be possible. I will be willing to consider higher quotes that offer this feature, so please specify if you feel you can do this.

The idea is to make an app for mobile phones & iPad, which helps persons to administrate properties for rent. I would like to add geolocation in somewhere.

1.- Open an account
2.- Add a property – here the person must add all the info of the property (Cost, Value, address, number of rooms, number of badrooms, parking spaces, photographs, etc.)
3.- Once added a property, it must always allow you to edit it, but it must show a resume of the property. You can upload more than 1 property.
4.- Contacts.- You must be able to use an address book for contacts and telephones that have to come handy for your property.
5.- Reminders.- You can program your calendar with reminders and to-do lists. The reminders must also consider that the person who is renting must recieve a notification with the rent must be covered, and also if the date is past.
6.- Cashflow.- Upload incomes and expenses of your property. This will make a cashflow by month up to a year.
7.- Lease.- Here you set up a lease of your property. When the morgage starts, price of the rent, deposits (if any), rent frequency, etc. all the info to rent your property.
8.- Contact.- This will be used to make contact between the person who rents the property and the owner. For example, a person rents a house and he detects that there is a water leak and needs to contact the owner. Photos is an important thing to register in the case of any problem.

Hi, I need someone who can build me an iPhone app,later an Android and windows mobile app that does following things:

-app checks data on a web server that is online all the time-> if it finds data on the server, then it downloads that data, and a new window pops up on the phone,that looks and rings exactly the same like SMS message. So, when I upload something to my server, I need this app that is on my phone to recognize that it has been uploaded, than, it has to download that, and when it does, it has to ring and popup a message with this downloaded data,and this message has to look like a SMS message and preview downloaded data to the phone user. Pop up has to have same ringtone set up and everything same like the SMS message on the mobile phone.
Is this possible, if yes, how expensive would it be? Can you create both the app and the website where I could upload .txt files and .jpeg files that would the phone download? How much bandwith would the phone consume for pinging servers to see if there is new data to be downloaded?

-If the first part is done correctly, I would need the programmer to do another thing.
Based on the person’s geolocation, the app should send info to the server where is the user currently located, and if user is in area xy than nothing happens, but as soon as user gets into area yz, and phone sends that location to the server, the server should in that case send back specific data on the phone, that would pop up like a SMS message,just like in the first case above.
How much is this complicated and expensive for me? it’s a small local project for a charity and I need it to be done in the next three months, but I am just not sure is it affordable, depending of the sum of the bandwith needed for operating this kind of app, and that is variable costs. What about your fixed costs for creating this apps and website with the interface to upload this .txt and .jpeg…?
