Resumes uploaded should also be stored in database form so it searchable based on key words. User can then manage the recruiting process through our website, move the candidate through various stages like cold call, interview, offer, etc. The system should also allow users to schedule calls and tasks. All activity should be logged for historical reference. User should be able to send out emails from the system and schedule events possibly linked to google calendar.

I also want the ability to have client set up email campaigns on a scheduled basis to email addresses pulled from the resumes.
