I’m having an issue when a member submits an ad using curl.

When a member submits an ad (1 ad) when it post
to the parnter sites SOMETIMES it post MULTIPLES
of the same ad at the partner sites. It has posted
up to 4 of the same ad. It does not happen all the
time. We are posting to 116 partner sites at this time
and growing. I need someone to take a look at the code
I’m using and see if you can do it in a better way.
