A client of mine needs a flyer/brochure program.
It needs to be customizable – can integrate with existing templates; we can use the existing product database.
There is an existing program that I purchased from another programmer in FLEX. We do not have the source code. The main issue too is that the resulting pdf is 72 dpi. we need it to be at least 300 dpi. So we want the resulting pdf/file for printing to be of high res for printing.

I attached my brochure. I have some minor changes as follows:

1) Apparently the brochure is not sized properly for printing on 8-1/2″ x 11 paper, please resize.

2) Outer Middle Page: The bullet points on the right side are not lined up correctly… actually the bullet points are fine, the space between the bullet point and the words are not set correctly. They should match the spacing that in on the left side bullet points.

3) Outer Middle Page: The “IS” under my logo should be bolded and stand out more like it does on the Outer Right Page.

4) Outer Middle Page: The url www.TheRenoKing.com needs to be closer to very bottom of page and large, almost as large as possible.

5) Inner Left: I want to change the title & text to what’s below. 3 bullet points but with checkmarks and a description below each bullet point title. Then put some written text below the points. Here are the checkmark bullet points and descriptions. Description should be a different color and size then the title:

Just a quick project for someone:

I attached my brochure, my logo, and the picture on the front of the brochure.

I want the front page of the brochure (right side) in a smaller version for a thank you card. The card is 7″ tall by 5″ wide, which would be the size of the finished graphic.

I need it immediately.

I need it in 300 dpi resolution. I have a psd file but it is in 72 dpi resolution, so you will have to convert that to 300dpi first before shrinking it.

The image and logo cannot be stretched in any way to make it fit, so you may need to make modifications to make it fit properly.

I need the psd file and a jpeg image.
