I have a repository with many videos named like “video1.avi”, “video2.avi” etc. Each file is composed by images and audio.

I need a class in PHP (or other languages if not possible in PHP) that just get an array i will pass. The array will contain the filenames to be merged together in the exact sequence.

For example.

If I have the following array:
$mergeVideos[0] = “video1.avi”;
$mergeVideos[1] = “video35.avi”;
$mergeVideos[2] = “video52.avi”;
$mergeVideos[xy] = “videoyz.avi”;

I would pass the array to the PHP CLASS in this way:

videoMergerFunction($mergeVideos, $myFileName);

The output of the class will be a new AVI video file that have to be named with the content of $myFileName. Video compression have to be strong. For example, a 10 seconds video should be no larger than 250KB.

Its basically a slideshow website, where people can sign up and log into their accounts.
I would really like the Onetruemedia.com one. It’s gonna be the same basic site, except i am gonna need a few more things added into the site. Just a few different things that will be added will be Different types of formats that the users project can be exported to. Such new things will be a screensaver, dvd download, a simple exe, ..ect.
The whole idea is pretty basic. Users will sign up to the site , Make their account ( verify thier account via e-mail), and upload their their own pics( batch up-loader) or videos..( the video’s option is something that only animoto.com has and i have no clue how they do it, you can log on and make a simple video to find out)..(users area) They will then have a timeline that they can work on their project with. the time line will consist of a place you can add ( your own music) as well as a place that you can add your own text and Photos ..ect , as well as transitions, and even moving backgrounds… Must have Many templates to work with each project. Payment options will be Paypal. All the customers projects will be able to be downloaded in a zip format IF THEY CHHOSE, otherwise it will be in the format that the project is already in. (example: if they order a standard movie file in divx or xvid format..it will be downloaded as such)
Customers will also be able to re-request their projects be re-downloaded (for the customer only, which the customer will be given a code to which they will have to keep in order to retrieve the download.),

Would like to have a skilled php/mysql programmer design a script that will allow video producers to be able to upload their videoclips (avi, mpg, mov, rm or wmv) and animated gifs (automatically created via ffmpeg) via their own admin area to be sold through the mall…(customer area). Video producers should be able to upload multiple clips and images via their own secure admin area which they can set their own prices, descriptions. Clipvia.com and hotmovies.com are very similar to what I would like to have created….not cloned, but similar functionality.

Last year I had a website designed and built by a programmer on here which after 7 weeks was eventually sent live in Sept 2010. After 3 weeks the website disapeared and was found to have been hacked and phishing data installed. Last week I was told by my hosts (HostGator) that the site is now clean and back online, which it is. The site currently has 20 movie avi files hosted at hostgator for download.

I now require the following as I am not technical.

1) To advise as to whether a `domain name` change is possible as the current one is not reflecting keyword searches. If `yes` I shall purchase one more suited to the websites niche.

2) A complete check on the configuration of all the movie files on site.

3) A check to ensure that all 20 movie files currently on site download properly.

4) A check to ensure that the sites shopping cart is configured ok with CCBill (ccbill module installed and confirmed as working ok by ccbill themselves 2 days ago).

5) To provide me with the login (or new login) information for the cpanel and to provide intructions for me to access this area and how to use it to monitor sales, downloads, customer info, ect.

6) To periodically upload new movie files and properly configure them. This will need to be done on request.

7) To reduce the amount of time customers have to wait to receive their download information after purchase. (currently up to 18 hours!!)

To add a small `movie player` to the home page (or a sub-page) to show some `teaser clips`.

9) To `SEO` the website to make it more visable to `Google, Yahoo, and Bing.

I would need the programmer who will do this to be fluent in written English to ensure fluid communication with no mis-understandings.

Ok, thats it, I have already spent a large sum of money on this project and am not looking for silly quotes, just reasonable ones for the work required. I also don`t want to wait for weeks on end for a result like I had to last time.
