Attached zip file has XML writer, because data about the “file upload” is written into an XML. Which XML is selected? That is to match the S3 bucket.

This new addon allows product download files to have 2 new options:

1. Existing Product
2. S3 File

Problem & Background:

Currently CS-Cart allows you to choose a file(s) for a digital product that is then moved to the downloads area. You can choose from

1. Local (upload)
2. Server (a file already on the server) or
3. URL (link to upload the file from a URL)

This issue comes if you want to create a bundle product that could use files aleady in the downloads folder (already used for another single product), you cant do it – you have to re-add duplicate files.

Als, there is no way to simply use an externally hosted solution such as Amazon S3 to host protected downloads there

NOTES:

- Must use CS-Cart Add-on funtionality (install/activate etc) – if core changes must be made they must be detailed and advised

- S3 must use the Amazon API secret keys etc to generate instant links for files using S3 functionality.

- Add-on must respect the current downloads limitations in terms of number of downloads/epiry dates etc

- You should be an expert in coding for CS-Cart, preferably add-ons

I have a site with an existing Amazon S3 framework (programmed by a very good Scriptlance programmer) where files are uploaded, and downloaded securely.

I have had some new upload features added to my site (image upload and video upload) that at the moment only upload to the local web server.
I require these new upload functions to be plugged into the existing S3 upload framework, and then once uploaded, the files should be made available via HTTP using Cloudfront making the images viewable, and the videos streamable.

Files will also need to be deleted from S3 when the user decides (Delete code also written already).

The upload functions you will be working with use SWFUPLOAD, and all upload code is strictly Object Orientated.
