Oscommerce Newsletter Fix And Mailchimp Integration 2

My oscommerce website has problem.
I cannot send newsletters to subscribers using oscommerce admin panel.
I need this fixed.
I also need to integrate mailchimp.com API to my subscribers list so they work in sync.

Apparently, when people subscribe or unsubscribe in osc you can sync the subscribers list between mailchimp database and osc database.
I need this inserted.
