Enable Ssl In Windows / Apache

This a very small project for someone to help me getting get the following up and running:
+ Generate and install a self-signed certificate for apache.
+ Configure apache to user the cert and accept https connections.
+ Platform is Windows Server 2008r2 runing zpanel.
+ I have openssl installed already.
My firewall is already configured, so hopefully something someone can get set up for me fairly quickly?
