Install Oscommerce With Template

I need someone who is experienced with osCommerce installation on WINDOWS servers.
You will have FTP and Plesk access only, but I can be contacted to adjust folder priveleges etc. for you if you require this.
You will need to install osCommerce 2.3.1 and a layout template which I have purchased. These will need to be tested and working.
