Converting Html Website Into WordPress

I have a website www.onlinecasinoreviewer.com which is a html coded site utilising Server Side Includes.
I want to convert it to wordpress for ease of management, but incorporating as close to possible the existing look and feel of the site.
There is no database being utilised by the site currently. Transfer of the content into the new wordpress theme will be done manually by myself.
