Clone Redesign And Rewrite My WordPress Theme – Spanish

I would like to clone my wordpress theme with all its plugins and codes.
The theme is based on a free premium theme and the changes are to the colors and style, not to the total order and layout.
Make it as different as possible from my original site.

This one is the spanish one and the new theme has changed to the german one
