Typo3 Extension That Connects Razuna Dam To Typo3

We want a TYPO3 extension (open source) that makes it possible to use Razuna as Digital Asset Management (DAM) system in Typo3.
We currently use Typo3 DAM, but it can’t live up to our demands for a centralized media repository with images, videos, audio like Razuna.
Requirements:

The extension should create a new content element type called “Text with Razuna image”in Typo3 backend.
