WordPress Footer Required – Urgent

We have the following wordpress site…

We need to add a footer to the bottom of all pages. I’ve attached a visual for this.
This is an urgent job, and needs to be done within the next 4 hours.
The footer needs to be dynamic, giving links to pages under particular menu items, and also links to gallery posts within particular categories.
I can give full FTP access to the site for access to source files and CSS.
