Payment Page And Email – Oscommerce

I need more work done, quite simply, after payment by card has been processed the page directs to a broken page/home page. I need it to go back to the page that thanks them for the order, confirms the success and offers a button to go back to the site.
Also, emails are not coming through once an order has been placed
