Joomla Wrapper/iframe Fix

I’m seeking a programmer who can help fix a Joomla wrapper/Iframe issue. We are running a real estate site and pulling in another website that has real estate listings via the Joomla wrapper.
When links are clicked, they keep going to the other website instead of opening in the iframe. When the bookmarks and back button are pressed, it does not happen in the iframe – it keeps returning to the last page viewed on the site. Finally, our map data will not load.
