Css Editing & Anchor Point Alignment On WordPress Site

We have a wordpress based website which can be seen here: http://www.conkavisualisation.co.uk/development/

We could like an expert to made the following modifications to the styling for us.

1. When we add a new page it makes the title of the page a link, we would like this not to have a link.

2.If you visit the website and scroll down to the portfolio section, the 4 icons (.png) have a white box around them – we want this removed.
