Joomla 1.7 Site – 2 Pages – 2 Languages – Crossbrowser

Hi,
In the included pdf file you will find the page design for the home page and the interior pages. I want the programmer to create these 2 pages and furnish the template as well as the pages to be installed in my joomla installation.
GENERAL
- EN default language
- FR 2nd language (use joomla built-in language detection to open the right page automatically)
- special typeface for to be used (I’m including the typeface)
