WordPress Comments Fix

On www.natureswealth4you.com I need to get the comments working with http://we8u.com/facebook-comments/ or something simillar.
The comments function needs to be:
1) if a facebook user show their facebook ID and allow them to comment using facebook.
2) if they are not a facebook user or not logged in to allow them to comment using the WordPress comment system
3) of course show all comments from facebook and wordpress
