Word Press Expert To Help With Flexi Quote Rotator Plug In

Hello everybody,
Im looking for an expert to help me in WordPress…Im Marketing director for www.ithakaleadership.co.uk and have just started using wordpress.
I need somebody that knows word press very well…basically just looking for somebody that knows how to use plug ins like the Flexi Quote Rotator plug in so I can make Quotes look really good. I want quotes to appear in a box, with background colour to the box, then the quote, and the name of the quoter under it in different colour….
