Want To Hire A Marketer 40 Per Signup

Our site has leads coming in for a service we sell. We get around 3-4 leads a day. Looking for a person to followup with the clients and get them to sign up. Will pay $40 per signup. It is not difficult to get someone to sign up.
You will use Skype and email to communicate with the clients in the evening and throughout the day during Eastern US Time. English, must be very good, if not perfect.
Must have had sales experience,etc.
