Script Revisions & Paypal Integration

This posting is to finish a project I started half a year ago that a programmer was never able to finish. The Project is a redirection engine for cellphone users (see “Original Description.txt”). Script is already FULLY FUNCTIONAL, but needs some revisions before first use. It is in PHP and uses MySQL.
