Post Production Photoshop Image Retouching

For this current project I have two sample photographs to test the ability of the winner of this bid. I will then have about twenty to thirtyfive (20-35) total images that need post-production work in Photoshop or other photo editing program.
I need to know just how long you would need to do each single photograph and then how long to do up to thirty five images. Within your offer for this job you could include the total cost to work on thirty or thirty-five photographs.
