Fix Fatal Errors On Social Engine Version: 3.16 Or 3.18

I have installed Social engine but I have some few error messages that need fixing. I need a good programmer in the area to fix the errors As well as check to make sure that everything is running smoothly.When I click on a picture of a subscriber I find errors like this: Fatal error: Call to undefined method rc_toolkit::criteria_builder() in /home/traffi10/public_html/….com/include/class_link.php on line 454
