Fix Css Div For Flash Overlay

We put a Flash swf over the logo and header of our website in a DIV. The CSS needs to be fixed. Appearing okay in Google Chrome and Firefox but not in internet explorer. Need someone now to fix the problem and correct the CSS code, z-index, etc. Should properly appear in all browsers properly. To do this now, have FTP Thank you
