Facebook Fan Page With WordPress Plugin

I need someone that knows how to set up a Facebook Fan Page with a WordPress Plugin or Software.
I have a PLugin called WPFacePages, not sure how to use. you can either use my plugin, or offer to use a different plugin or software to create Fan page and manage through WordPress.
Only bid if you know how to do this and can do it quick, NO Design necessary, I will provide all graphics, only need functionality.
good feedback and samples required.
