Edit Mp3 Sound File

Delete the first 3 1/2 minutes of the MP3 sound file
I have the file on my computer and can not get it small enough to upload it to scriptlance. so I will need a new zip program and/or
insturctions on how to get it to you…
the MP3 file is 29 minutes long but I just want the FIRST 3 1/2 minutes deleted it containes nothing of interest
