Amazon Product Advertising Api Help Needed (php)

Hi! 
We need some help with using the Amazon Product Advertising API.
We are experiencing some difficulty with maintaining the same category hierarchy and search results as on Amazon.com website.
We used this table (http://docs.amazonwebservices.com/AWSECommerceService/2011-08-01/DG/BrowseNodeIDs.html) to get root category IDs and noticed that many categories have the same NodeID (for example, Electronics, PCHardware, Photo, Toys, VideoGames have the same ID 493964) while on Amazon…
