WordPress Tubepress Cron Job2

I am running the current version of WordPress and also running the current version of Tubepress.net I would like to be able to run a cron job to automatically add new videos by tag. I will not be giving access to the database or the ftp. this is something that i need you to do on your own server and then write down step by step instructions. I would like this cron to run 2 times an hour
