Urgent Phpbb 3.10 Forum Fix

We need a PHPBB 3 expert who can find out why member registrations are failing in IE9 only. When customer is asked to input the spam image during registration they receive message:
“The submitted form was invalid. Try submitting again. The confirmation code you entered was incorrect.”
HELP!!!
