Need Footer Menu Added To A WordPress Template

I need a footer menu that can be inserted from within the admin dashboard under the “menus” tab. Here is the website:

The footer will have to be located at the bottom of the page where it says “this is a sample footer menu” and it will also need to be aligned to the right of the page. The footer format should look like this sample text as well with “|” marks to | seperate | each | link.
