Insert Products Into My Shopping Cart Website

I have a website complete with zencart shopping cart.
I need about 250 items (a little less) added via the backoffice.
Items are to be added from eBay listings (search via item number in description). Images are supplied.
I need the Images(up to 5), Title, Category, Designer, and Table of Description entered in the backoffice.
