Copying And Updating Products Descriptions – WordPress

I am creating a new website in wordpress and need an assistant who can copy and paste products and description from a website to my website.
There are approximately 150-200 products to be copied with 1 picture each and some description. Basic knowledge of wordpress is necessary for providing quick work.
