Adobe Cs5 Installation Help

Via TeamViewer. I have two versions available on my PC, one with a keygen and another. With the keygen I get a file not found error.
I am running a trial version now. Payment when successfully installed and opens and closes fine, including after reboot.
It is 10:30 PM West Coast US, I will be up another 90 minutes only. Otherwise tomorrow.
