The software we want built in PHP and MySQL with a web interface and will provide a full end to end telecom billing solution. Our supplier will provide the calls, rental, new service activation and service ceasing as CSV’s, on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. These will be uploaded into the software and it will then process them and create bills for the customer. Each line of the CSV will have a number associated with it.
