Flash – Ripple Water W/ Logo

I need someone to duplicate this effect:

I will need to FLA to be large and easy to resize down to fit on different formats. I need the logo area to be on a different layer so I can easily import a different graphic to “float” on the water.
That is all.
I need this done ASAP!
