Duplicate WordPress Site And Create Video Landing Page

I need a wordpress expert to do the following:

1. Duplicate the database from whatscooking.tv to the database of realestatewindow.com
Both sites are under my GoDaddy account

2. Take the PSD design that I have created in order to make a Landing Page.
The logo is attached and the square space in the PSD design should be where a YOUTUBE video will be embedded into the landing page.
