Cocktails Webpage Design (psd)

Hi there,
I’m new to project making, as I’ve always been developer here, but now it’s time to hire someone.
I’m in a search of a designer, who can provide me with a design for a cocktails website – psd only, no need of html authoring. The website contains of two simple pages – front and inner page. Here’s short description of what the index (front) page looks like:
