WordPress Site With Classified Ads Thesis Theme

I need to have a wordpress site developed that will primarily function as a classified ad site for a niche market. The site will also have a blog. I would like the site set up with Thesis theme so the developer should be very familiar with working with Thesis. The classified ads must be searchable and it should be easy for the site owner to add listings and photos/descriptions. If you are not a WordPress expert do not bother bidding.
